A non refundable reservation is required to schedule an appointment for any permanent makeup procedure.
The reservation fee will be used as a guarantee for your appointment and will be applied towards the cost of your service
at your follow up up visit (and serve as the reservation fee for both appointments) or carried over to be used for a
different service if you're forced to cancel. In the event you do not show up, or arrive more than 15 minutes late,
or cancel/reschedule without 48 hours notice, your reservation fee will be forfeited and serve as payment for the lost appointment.
Reservation fees are non refundable, no exceptions.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
48 hour notice is required in the event you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment or the reservation fee will be forfeited,
this includes no-call/no-show. An additional reservation fee will be required to make a new appointment.
Rescheduling is not encouraged, however if you must, you're allowed 1 rescheduled appointment;
the 2nd rescheduled appointment will be subject to a $25 convince fee.
If 2 appointments are missed/canceled, payment will be due in full to make an appointment. We reserve the right to refuse any customer at any time. Missing an appointment, no-call/no-show can result in automatic refusal of future services. Reservation fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.
To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and your reservation fee will be forfeited.
An additional reservation will be required to schedule a new appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please understand
that last minute changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you must reschedule an appointment, 48 hours is required.
Follow Up Policy
A Follow up (also known as a touch up visit) is required for each new permanent makeup client. Touch ups are no sooner than 8 weeks and no later than 6 months after your 1st visit. If your touch up isn't done in the allotted time period, it's considered a new appointment and charged full price. Annual color boost (or touch ups) are to be done annually, with in 12-18 months (for microblading) or 18-24 months (for hybrid/powder style brows) of your last appointment (follow up visit) to qualify for the lower priced color boost. There are no exceptions to this policy.
There will be an additional charge for clients who exceed those time frames.
If you have a previous tattoo, please let me know prior to your appointment. It is required that you submit clear, close up photos in good lighting
There is a possibility that you are not a candidate for microblading or other type of eyebrow style and removal will be recommended first.
Your reservation fee will not be refunded if you come to an appointment and are not a candidate for microblading and wish not to proceed with
a different style of brows or removal, this reservation fee will serves as payment for time and consultation.
